2008 Hamtramck Income Tax Forms

All forms needed for the 2008 tax year are listed on this web page.  Should there be a form that is not listed, please call our office at (313) 876-7745.  Please note: the forms are not fillable online and must be downloaded and filled out by hand.  Please make sure that when filing forms with the City, all federal schedules and W-2s are attached to speed processing.  Additionally, if you are claiming part year residency, please make sure you attach a copy of your lease agreement or closing papers for verification of dates.
