FINANCE DIRECTOR POWERS & DUTIES

Nevrus P. Nazarko is the Finance Director for the City of Hamtramck and is in charge of the Finance Department.

 

§ 31.017  FINANCE DEPARTMENT; DIRECTOR; POWER AND DUTIES.

 

(A)     This Department shall be headed by the Director of Finance, who shall, with the objective that the financial interests of the city are at all times to be protected, be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting and control, except insofar as the duties of the Director or the City Treasurer are regulated by the Charter, ordinance or state law.
